Built to last with Highwood?s unique high-grade poly lumber, this post is unyielding to rot and deterioration. The strong, sturdy structure can be installed directly into the ground just like a regular wood post. Includes a shelf that can be used to either support the mailbox of your choice directly or used as a platform onto which your own mailbox adapter plate can support the mailbox. Please note that the MAILBOX IS NOT INCLUDED.

This product is assembled with 304-grade stainless steel hardware and comes with the assurance of a manufacturer?s 12-year residential limited warranty. Some assembly is required (see assembly guide) and assembled dimensions are 4.3″W x 58.7″H x 28″D (24lbs). For the easiest assembly, we recommend using a cordless screwdriver/drill or multi-bit handle for the enclosed Torx bit. The total length of the mailbox post is 76 7/8? long. We recommend you bury the post approximately 18? to insure post stability. There should be approximately 58? of post remaining which meets postal requirements.
